Our room was cozy and stylish. The shower was excellent, and the minibar was completely free. We experienced some maintenance issues with the hot water on a morning, but the problem was resolved within a few hours. I'd recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The best part of the hotel was the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed great cocktails and had a fine view of the city. The location was also a plus, as it was on a quiet street but still within easy reach of all the attractions Barcelona has to offer.
The worst aspects of the hotel were the cleanliness and the lack of amenities. The room was dirty upon arrival and smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic for easily finding a taxi, and only a short walk away from the city center. The Alsur cafe next door is convenient for grabbing a quick snack, and it's easy to hear everything going on outside. The room is modern and sleek, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection is delicious and diverse, and the rooftop bar offers fantastic service with a smile.
It's unfortunate that some guests had to deal with rude and incompetent reception staff, who didn't always provide the best service.

We loved staying at this place! The central location was unbeatable, with so many attractions right on our doorstep. Plus, we were impressed with the variety of services on offer, from car hire to laundry to airport shuttles. Our room was also top-notch, with all the amenities we needed like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. And let's not forget the rooftop terrace - what a fantastic place to unwind and take in the view.
